Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain the local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) infrastructure.
- Oversee the deployment and configuration of end-user devices, including laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Monitor system performance, security patches, and software updates to ensure optimal operations.
- Document all technical procedures, incidents, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT security team to enforce compliance and data protection policies.
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct regular training sessions for internal users.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
