Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications for end-users.
- Monitor system performance and security logs to identify potential threats.
- Conduct regular system audits and hardware inventory management.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and firewalls.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
