Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure across 50+ workstations
- Manage cloud services including AWS and Microsoft Azure environments
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular security audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Document IT procedures and maintain system documentation
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT administration
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- Certification in CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Proficient in scripting (PowerShell, Python)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
