Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-modal transportation networks for import/export shipments
- Manage documentation compliance for customs clearance and international regulations
- Analyze supply chain data to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and clients to ensure on-time delivery
- Implement inventory tracking systems using WMS software
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve logistics disruptions
- Generate performance reports for continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in port logistics or freight forwarding
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certification in CSCP or CPIM preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation abilities
- Expert knowledge of INCOTERMS 2020 and customs regulations
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
