Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment
- Implement lean methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs by 15%+
- Lead, train, and develop a team of warehouse associates through performance management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize inventory management systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Collaborate with transportation and purchasing teams to streamline supply chain
- Analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in distribution centers
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Proven track record of leading teams of 20+ associates
- Expertise in inventory control and cycle counting
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
