Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models on distributed cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Research & Development: Stay at the bleeding edge of AI research, implementing novel algorithms to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate research into production-ready features.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the AI research team.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all models adhere to fairness, accountability, and transparency standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or deep learning engineering.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Mathematical Foundation: Solid understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and probability statistics.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
