Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure for the Project 2026 roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Research, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art Deep Learning models to improve predictive accuracy and system latency.
- MLOps Leadership: Establish and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of models to production environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Engineering.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize large-scale datasets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
