Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for 15+ regional clients
- Lead a team of 8 marketing specialists and coordinate with external agencies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity across Florida and Georgia markets
- Manage $2M+ annual marketing budget with ROI optimization focus
- Collaborate with sales teams to design localized lead generation strategies
- Create quarterly performance reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor junior staff through training programs and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns in Florida/Georgia markets
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce
- Strong budget management experience with $500K+ annual budgets
- Excellent presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Valid Florida driver's license and willingness to travel to Georgia offices
- Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) or similar designation
