Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive campaign ROI and KPI achievement
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize marketing performance
- Manage $1M+ annual marketing budgets with data-driven allocation
- Oversee SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media initiatives
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing with revenue goals
- Present quarterly performance reports to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Strong budget management experience with $500K+ budgets
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms
