- Manage $500K+ annual marketing budgets across PPC, SEO, and social channels
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior in Florida's coastal communities
- Create quarterly performance reports with actionable growth recommendations
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless campaign integration
- Maintain relationships with local business partners and community stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of increasing revenue by 25%+ for regional businesses
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and marketing automation tools
- Strong understanding of Florida's market dynamics and consumer preferences
