- Manage marketing budget with ROI-focused optimization
- Oversee content creation, social media, and SEO initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven success in developing data-driven marketing strategies
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Experience managing marketing budgets of $500K+
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaign execution
