Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms
- Lead a team of 5 marketing specialists and manage $1M+ annual budget
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion funnels
- Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints
- Drive customer acquisition campaigns with measurable ROI targets
- Present quarterly performance reports to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive marketing experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of successful digital campaigns and brand building
- Expertise in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and Google Analytics
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification a plus
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Local Virginia Beach market knowledge highly advantageous
