- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities in Illinois and Florida markets
- Optimize SEO/SEM campaigns achieving 40% increase in qualified leads
- Manage $1M+ annual budget with ROI-focused performance tracking
- Collaborate with product team on go-to-market strategies for new launches
- Present quarterly performance insights to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of marketing experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling brands in competitive markets (IL/FL preferred)
- Expertise in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Strong data-driven decision making with SQL proficiency
- Certified in Google Ads and/or HubSpot Marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent experience
