Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies targeting Miami, IL and surrounding communities
- Lead cross-functional teams to launch seasonal campaigns aligned with regional events
- Analyze market trends using local demographic data to optimize ROI
- Manage $500K+ annual marketing budget with strict fiscal responsibility
- Oversee digital channels including SEO, social media, and local partnerships
- Collaborate with Illinois-based vendors and community organizations
- Report marketing KPIs to executive leadership monthly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive marketing experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of successful campaigns in Midwest markets
- Expertise in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media advertising
- Strong understanding of Illinois consumer behavior and regulations
- Proficient in budget management and performance reporting
