- Lead digital transformation initiatives including SEO optimization and local SEO for Denver businesses
- Manage $2M+ annual marketing budget with focus on ROI and performance metrics
- Oversee cross-functional teams of designers, content creators, and analysts
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions
- Drive brand awareness through partnerships with Denver-based organizations
- Implement and track KPIs using analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4
- Present quarterly marketing performance reports to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive marketing experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of successful local market penetration strategies
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Marketo, SEMrush)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience managing remote and hybrid teams effectively
- Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications required
