Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable results
- Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot)
- Strong budget management experience with P&L responsibility
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
