Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms
- Lead a team of 5 marketing specialists and manage $2M+ annual budget
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with sales team to generate qualified leads and drive conversions
- Create compelling content and manage brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Present quarterly performance reports to C-suite executives
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership
