- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across digital, print, and events
- Lead a team of 5 marketing specialists with mentorship and performance coaching
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM data
- Collaborate with sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals
- Manage $1M+ annual marketing budget with ROI-focused optimization
- Create compelling content including whitepapers, case studies, and video scripts
- Oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints and market segments
Qualifications
- 7+ years in marketing with 3+ years in team leadership
- Proven track record scaling B2B/B2C campaigns in competitive marketsExpertise in SEO/SEM, email automation, and social media advertising
- Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics)
