Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Analyze market trends and consumer data to optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals
- Manage $500K+ annual marketing budget with ROI-focused reporting
- Mentor junior marketing associates and coordinate cross-functional projects
- Create compelling content including whitepapers, case studies, and email sequences
- Track KPIs using HubSpot and Google Analytics to demonstrate campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with proven ROI results
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
