Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines designed for high-performance computational loads.
- Lead Research and Development (R&D) initiatives in Generative AI, Predictive Modeling, and Neural Interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy compliance, and robust system security.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on modern architectures.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Computer Vision is highly preferred.
