Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning AI, IoT, and sustainable tech domains
- Analyze emerging technologies through patent research, academic partnerships, and startup scouting
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Manage a $10M innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and risk mitigation protocols
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future technology integration
- Represent Innovate Corp at global tech summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology investment analysis
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Harvard Business Review, or similar venues
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or Technology Foresight
