Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation for iOS/Android applications
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Conduct user testing sessions and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Develop design systems and component libraries for scalable product growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with mobile-first products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS interfaces and data visualizations
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Knowledge of fintech or financial services products preferred
