Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and pain points.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product delivery meets quality standards.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features based on business value and user needs, and write clear user stories.
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and use data to iterate and improve product performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products and managing product lifecycles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
