Responsibilities
- Define & Execute Product Strategy: Own the product vision and roadmap, translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable product features.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, sales, and executive leadership to align on goals and prioritize the backlog.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and market research to guide product iterations and measure success against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- User Research: Conduct user interviews and usability testing to uncover pain points and validate new product concepts.
- Roadmap Prioritization: Manage the product backlog, ensuring high-impact features are delivered on time and within budget using Agile methodologies.
- Go-to-Market Support: Work with the marketing team to launch new features, creating compelling positioning and sales enablement materials.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the Fintech or SaaS industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), APIs, and database structures.
- Agile Mastery: Proven track record of leading Agile/Scrum teams and delivering products in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solver: Strong analytical thinking with a bias for action and a passion for solving difficult user problems.
