Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise software implementations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, stakeholders) to deliver on time
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage project budgets, risks, and quality assurance processes
- Facilitate client communication and stakeholder presentations
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative development
- Generate comprehensive project documentation and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or consulting
- PMP or Scrum Master certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Proven track record of managing $500k+ budgets
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong experience with remote team coordination
