Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-Classical Hybrid Systems: Design scalable neural networks that leverage quantum entanglement for accelerated inference and training.
- Pioneer New Algorithms: Develop novel quantum machine learning algorithms specifically tailored for the hardware constraints of 2026-era processors.
- Hardware-Software Co-Design: Work directly with quantum hardware engineers to optimize software stacks for low-temperature quantum environments.
- Research & Development: Lead internal R&D initiatives exploring the intersection of Quantum Mechanics and Generative AI.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and quantum physicists in best practices for quantum software engineering.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Quantum Proficiency: Extensive experience using quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of classical Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Software Engineering: Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA for high-performance computing tasks.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex mathematical and computational problems with innovative solutions.
