Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum computing systems for the Project 2026 roadmap.
- Develop and optimize hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for complex problem solving.
- Lead the evaluation of emerging quantum hardware technologies from leading vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity experts and data scientists.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for quantum software development.
- Define technical roadmaps and deliverables for the 2026 release cycle.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Applied Mathematics.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on distributed systems.
- Strong background in quantum computing theory and practical implementation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Qiskit or Cirq.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Google Cloud Quantum).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
