Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern web technologies.
- Code Leadership: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews for the engineering team.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences and integrate APIs effectively.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, share best practices, and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
- Agile Workflow: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years specializing in React.js and TypeScript.
- Frontend Mastery: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
- State Management: Strong experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.
- Build Tools: Familiarity with modern build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Create React App.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
