Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement actionable improvements to enhance site crawlability and indexation.
- Develop and execute data-driven keyword strategies to improve organic rankings for high-value search terms.
- Lead off-page SEO efforts, including high-quality link building campaigns and local SEO management for the Chicago area.
- Analyze web analytics data (Google Analytics 4, Search Console) to track performance metrics and report on ROI to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with content creators to optimize on-page elements, ensuring technical excellence and engaging user experiences.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends to keep our strategies cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within the US market.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO concepts, including schema markup, site speed optimization, and structured data.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio of past SEO campaigns demonstrating success.
- Must be willing to work from our Chicago office or hybrid model.
