Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify opportunities for optimization, focusing on crawlability, indexability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Develop and execute a data-backed keyword strategy to target high-value search terms and improve organic rankings.
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including schema markup implementation, site architecture improvements, and strategic link building.
- Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to report on ROI and adjust tactics in real-time.
- Collaborate with content and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and page development.
- Stay abreast of the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and ensure compliance.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market gaps and growth opportunities for the company.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a specific focus on technical SEO and organic growth.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and third-party tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to perform on-page audits and implement technical fixes.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience (UX) design principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
