- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Manage keyword research, content strategy alignment, and link-building campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush to report on ROI.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure semantic markup and optimal user experience.
- Stay abreast of algorithm updates and emerging SEO trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a high-growth or agency environment.
- Deep understanding of Google’s Search Essentials and algorithm updates.
- Proficiency in technical SEO, including site architecture, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
