Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of comprehensive technical SEO audits and remediation strategies.
- Develop and manage a robust keyword strategy focused on high-intent, long-tail opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile-first indexing.
- Implement advanced Schema markup and structured data to enhance rich snippets.
- Analyze complex data sets to drive content strategy and product development decisions.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, specifically those related to AI and machine learning.
- Manage a team of junior SEO specialists and provide mentorship.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Deep technical expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR/SSG).
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, Analytics 4, and SEO audit tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs).
- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and improving domain authority.
- Experience with multilingual SEO and international markets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
