The Role
In this role, you will own the SEO strategy for key accounts, optimizing web presence to dominate search engine results pages. You will bridge the gap between technical engineering and creative content teams to ensure our clients achieve maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive site audits, optimize site architecture, and resolve crawlability issues to improve Core Web Vitals and indexation.
- Strategy & Research: Perform deep keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities and market gaps.
- On-Page Optimization: Lead the implementation of semantic HTML, meta tags, schema markup, and content strategy to enhance user experience and search visibility.
- Link Building: Develop and execute high-quality backlink acquisition strategies through outreach, PR, and content partnerships.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, generate monthly performance reports, and use data insights to pivot strategies for continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Mentor junior SEOs and collaborate closely with developers and content creators to implement technical SEO best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in SEO, preferably within a digital agency or high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or SEMrush. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
- Tools: Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Language: Native English proficiency required.
