Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Technical SEO: Conduct deep-dive technical audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and schema markup opportunities.
- Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and analyze search intent to inform content strategy.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with content creators and developers to optimize on-page elements, meta tags, and landing pages for maximum SEO impact.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console; produce detailed monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Link Building: Execute white-hat link building campaigns to enhance domain authority and referral traffic.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of significant organic traffic growth.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and web analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Tool Proficiency: Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics is highly desirable.
- Certifications: Google Analytics or HubSpot certifications are a plus.
