The Role:
In this role, you will own our SEO strategy, conduct deep-dive technical audits, and lead keyword initiatives that directly impact our bottom line. You will be the architect of our organic visibility, ensuring we dominate search results for high-value keywords.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and identify opportunities for improvement in site architecture and crawlability.
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page optimization strategies to increase organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Manage and optimize Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 to track performance metrics and ROI.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement schema markup and ensure technical best practices are met.
- Lead link-building campaigns and monitor domain authority growth.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a fast-paced agency or in-house technical environment.
- Strong understanding of Googleβs Core Web Vitals and algorithm updates (e.g., Panda, Penguin, Hummingbird).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic troubleshooting and optimization.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
