Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance and crawlability.
- Lead keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities and competitor gaps.
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize web copy, meta tags, and HTML elements for maximum SEO impact.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO metrics (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Manage and oversee off-page SEO activities, including link building and outreach campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or Moz.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
