Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Execute and manage complex keyword research strategies to target high-intent traffic.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-friendly copy and site structure.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic and ranking performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Partner with web developers to implement schema markup and improve site speed and crawlability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates to maintain competitive advantage.
- Optimize local SEO profiles to drive foot traffic and regional visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic by at least 20% in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and drive decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
