Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth technical and on-page SEO audits to identify optimization opportunities and improve site performance and crawlability.
- Develop and execute comprehensive link-building strategies to increase domain authority and organic search rankings.
- Analyze complex data using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools to track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into site architecture and copy.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to adjust strategies proactively.
- Manage keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover new market opportunities in Virginia Beach, Florida, and beyond.
- Present monthly performance reports to stakeholders with clear recommendations for growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a digital agency or fast-paced startup environment.
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
