Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct technical SEO audits, including site speed analysis, mobile optimization, and schema markup implementation.
- Collaborate with the hiring team to identify key technical skill sets for open roles and optimize job postings for ATS and search engines.
- Monitor keyword performance and competitor analytics using Google Analytics and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Manage content strategies to ensure high-quality, relevant, and engaging material for both candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
