Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive technical SEO audits and identify areas for improvement to increase organic visibility.
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, link building, and content optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and web developers, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website builds.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Optimize site architecture for speed, mobile-friendliness, and user experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a fast-paced agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Deep technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to perform site audits and implement on-page fixes.
- Expertise in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience managing large-scale SEO projects and leading client reporting.
