Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic growth.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexing problems.
- Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover high-value opportunities and content gaps.
- Manage and mentor a team of junior SEO analysts and content writers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, dev, PPC) to implement on-page optimization and schema markup.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adapt strategies to maintain rankings.
- Generate monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO and organic growth.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Analytics 4, and third-party SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Strong technical background with experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and site architecture.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex SEO concepts to non-technical audiences.
