Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for specialized technical roles (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps), utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
- Data Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO metrics (traffic, conversion rates) and recruiting KPIs (Time to Fill, Quality of Hire) to drive data-driven decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Engineering leadership to align recruiting pipelines with business objectives and SEO roadmaps.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust talent pool through networking, social media engagement, and industry conferences.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to ensure technical documentation and marketing copy are optimized for both users and search engines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in SEO, Technical Recruiting, or a hybrid Digital Marketing & Human Resources role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Search Skills: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web architecture principles to perform technical audits.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Tools: Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and advanced sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
