Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for key client websites.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify, engage, and recruit high-level technical professionals across the United States.
- Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization to enhance website performance.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including interviewing, screening, and closing top candidates.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO analytics to provide actionable insights and report on ROI to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to align talent acquisition strategies with business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in both SEO and Technical Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write compelling job descriptions and SEO content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing high-volume hiring campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and strategy development.
