Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO roadmaps tailored for the search landscape of 2026, focusing on AI integration and semantic intent.
- Conduct in-depth technical audits to optimize site architecture, crawlability, and indexation for next-gen search algorithms.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify emerging trends in user behavior and algorithm updates, adjusting strategies proactively.
- Collaborate with content teams to implement E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) frameworks at scale.
- Manage and mentor a junior SEO team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Lead link-building campaigns that leverage high-authority domains and emerging digital communities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic growth in competitive markets.
- Deep understanding of Google's E-E-A-T guidelines and the upcoming algorithmic shifts towards AI and user-centric results.
- Proficiency in advanced SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and BigQuery.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions.
