Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our career pages and main website.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools to identify, engage, and screen top-tier technical talent.
- Technical Optimization: Perform technical SEO audits, optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, image alt text), and ensure site speed and mobile-friendliness.
- Candidate Experience: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every candidate.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console to track traffic growth and conversion rates.
- Content Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to create compelling job descriptions and content that rank well and attract qualified applicants.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in SEO and Technical Recruiting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML/CSS, keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Tools: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
