Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Lead architectural decisions for high-traffic SaaS platforms
- Optimize system performance and scalability through CI/CD automation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation labs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with backend development (Node.js/Python/Java)
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong background in designing RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
- Proficiency with database optimization (PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
- CI/CD pipeline experience using Jenkins/GitHub Actions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
