Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Lead the technical design and architecture of complex features, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior and senior developers alike.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and ensure security compliance across all web services.
- Mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical innovation.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on front-end or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
