Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-based applications using Java and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Drive DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipeline automation

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Spring Boot
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and RESTful API design
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
