Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and improve user experience.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement robust testing strategies and ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive architectural decisions to enhance system performance and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Tools: Strong command of version control systems (Git) and Agile methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Atlanta, GA headquarters or approved remote locations.
