Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale web applications using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, scalable code.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, perform debugging, and ensure the highest standards of software quality and performance.
- Identify technical bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions to optimize system efficiency.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the engineering team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
